School Locked Down After Stray Bullet Strikes Girl at Oxnard School

A 10-year-old girl was struck by a stray bullet while out on the yard and was taken to a hospital. She was in good spirits, police said. Gordon Tokumatsu reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020.
