Man in 20s Killed in Officer-Involved Shooting

Police shot and killed a man in Van Nuys Friday morning after responding to reports of vandalism possibly involving throwing rocks. It was unclear whether the man was armed when he was shot by police. Kate Larsen reports live from Van Nuys for the NBC4 News at Noon on Friday, July 25, 2014.
