Man in Custody After Shooting and Barricade in Long Beach

Neighbors living near 52nd and Pacific Avenue were briefly evacuated Thursday morning. Police say a man fired at least one shot during an argument with another man, officers believed they were being shot at and fired back. No one was hurt.
