Attempted Kidnapper Arrested; Second Suspect Sought

Santa Ana police on Wednesday arrested a man accused of trying to kidnap a 15-year-old girl on her way to school, while an alleged getaway driver was still on the loose. Vikki Vargas reports from Santa Ana for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on April 24, 2013.
