Man in Scuffle With Officers Say Police “Snatched” Daughter

A 26-year-old dental assistant is free on bail after he was booked for assaulting an officer. The man said he was picking up his daughter when officers approached him and a scuffle broke out. Beverly White reports from South Los Angeles for the NBC4 News at 11 on Monday, Oct. 13, 2014.
