Man in Wheelchair Clings to Life After Being Shot in the Head at McDonald's

A double amputee was shot in the head as he sat in his wheelchair at a Westmont McDonald’s Tuesday night. Now police are looking for two women who fled the scene, including one who they say pulled the trigger. Jonathan Gonzalez reports for the NBC 4 News at 4
