Man Killed Over a Replica Gun

Investigators are still on the scene of a fatal police shooting 19 hours later after it began. The man who got shot and killed had a weapon, that later was found to be only a replica. Hetty Chang reports for NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Dec. 13th, 2018.
