Man Mistakenly Jailed

A Riverside man is poised to sue the County of Los Angeles and the Sheriff’s Department after he says he was mistaken for a drug suspect and thrown in jail for three days. Gordon Tokumatsu reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016.
