Cops: Man Disrobes Before Assaulting Teen Near HS

Police say a man allegedly took off his shirt and used it to cover a car’s license plate, then ran up behind a 17-year-old girl and grabbed her buttocks near a North Hills high school on Tuesday, April 17. The attack was the second in as many days in the San Fernando Valley, and police are exploring the possibility that the crimes may be connected.
