In Final Speech, Villaraigosa Jabs at Mayoral Candidates

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa delivered his State of the City address on the UCLA campus Tuesday. In his speech, he looked back on his past eight years in office, and also criticized the two candidates for mayor on their lack of focus on education in Los Angeles.
