Meet Santa Anita's Horn-Blowing “Musician-Magician-Comedian”

Jay Cohen has been signaling the start of horse races at the Santa Anita Race Track for 25 years. He’s played that famous tune some 85,000 times by his own estimate, but still practices diligently. “I don’t want any surprises,” he says.
