IE Metal Thieves Target Fire Hydrants

From catalytic converters to man-hole covers and aluminum benches, metal theft is not uncommon across the Inland Empire. However, thieves are now targeting something more unusual, and dangerous: fire hydrants. Redlands says theft has rendered 16 of their fire hydrants useless.
