Mother in Custody After Child is Abandoned

A mother was taken into custody after good Samaritans found her young child alone on a sidewalk early Monday. The mother appeared after authorities responded. The child is expected to be fine. Jacob Rascon reports for Today in LA on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014.
