Miramonte Abuse Settlement: “It's Never Enough”

Nearly 200 claims were filed with the Los Angeles Unified School District after the arrest of former teacher Mark Berndt and his colleague. The district on Tuesday announced 58 of those claims have been settled. John Cádiz Klemack reports Downtown LA for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on March 12, 2013.
