Lockdown Lifted After Navy Yard Shooting

On Monday night authorities lifted the “shelter in place” order for the neighborhood around a Washington DC Navy Yard. They had been locked down since a gunman opened fire early Monday morning, killing twelve. Whit Johnson reports from Washington DC for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on September 16th, 2013.
