Neighbors Elated by Northridge Kidnapping Suspect's Arrest

Residents who live near a 10-year-old girl who was abducted from her Northridge home in March shared a sigh of relief Wednesday when they heard of the arrest of Tobias Summers, who was arrested in Mexico and extradited to the U.S. Michelle Valles reports from Northridge for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on April 24, 2013.
