New Campaign to Bring About Drought Awareness

In an effort to curb the affects of one of the worst droughts California has ever seen, the Southern California Water Committee along with Clear Channel have launched an awareness and conservation campaign. Conan Nolan reports for NBC4 News at 12 p.m. from downtown Los Angeles.
