New LA City Council Ordinance Could Ban Homeless Encampments From City Sidewalks

The Los Angeles City Attorney drafted a new ordinance Wednesday that would ban homeless encampments from sidewalks, doorways and within 500 feet of schools, parks, shelters and libraries. The council votes Thursday. Angie Crouch reports for NBC4 on June 30, 2021.
