New Law Bans Plastic Bags From LA Grocery Stores

Supermarkets in Los Angeles are no longer allowed to provide plastic bags to customers. On New Year’s Day the city joined nearly 90 other cities across the country who have banned the one-time use bags. Shoppers have a mixed reaction to the ban.
