Mobile App Tries to Answer LA's Parking, Budget Prayers

A new program unveiled on Monday could change the way L.A. drivers find and pay for parking. The pilot program delivers real-time data from 6,000 parking spaces to a mobile app. Ted Chen reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on May 21, 2012.
