Keith Kaplan is the CEO of Telsa Foundation Group a Los Angeles based think tank for innovation and technology. Kaplan helped advice the White House on the new FAA proposed regulation announced this week. NBC4’s Conan Nolan taks with Kaplan about a bill in legislation that would prohibit drones from flying over people’s houses and other key issues. Kaplan says the technology is here to stay. It won’t be too long before cars are going to drive themselves, he says.
