NewsConference: A New Life for ‘Alexandra's Law'

NBC4’s Conan Nolan talks with Congressman Darrell Issa (R-Vista) about his new bill called “Alexandra’s Law”. It’s designed to help stop the surge in fentanyl deaths. One that family members of fentanyl victims could not get through the California legislature. The congressman says the fentanyl crisis is not just a California problem, it’s a national problem. So with a few changes to the original “Alexandra’s Law”, he is taking it to Washington.
