If your child dies as a result of medical malpractice, the most you may be able to recover is $250 thousand dollars. It’s called Micra, a law most californian’s don’t know about. This law has allowed careless physicians to continue with their malpractice without the worry of being sued. Now, a fight between CA’s attorneys and the medical communities has begun to brew.
