NewsConference: Hiking Minimum Wage

The new leader of the LA County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO is Rusty Hicks. He represents 300 unions and over 800-thousand workers. Hicks tells NBC4’s Conan Nolan his main priority is to raise the minimum wage in the city of Los Angeles. He says that it’s not a matter of which–$13.25 or $15 per hour—but a matter of when.
