There is a big effort in Sacramento to crackdown on cigarette smoking. Five new bills were introduced this past week. NBC4’s Conan Nolan talks with Senator Richard Pan and Tris Imboden, the lead drummer of the band “Chicago” on his campaign to stop smoking in California.
