Not Guilty Plea Entered in Abduction; Primary Suspect Sought

Daniel Martinez, 29, of West Hills, pleaded not guilty at an arraignment hearing on Wednesday to burglary and kidnapping charges in the case of a 10-year-old girl’s abduction. A judge has issued an arrest warrant for Tobias Dustin Summers, 30, who prosecutors allege took the girl from her bedroom.
