OC DA: Police Justified in Shooting of Manuel Diaz

At times violent protests followed the deadly police shooting of an unarmed 25-year-old man in Anaheim last summer. The Orange County District Attorney determined on Wednesday that the officer’s shooting was justified. Vikki Vargas reports from Orange for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on March 20, 2013.
