Officer's Death “Weighing Very Heavy” on Irvine Police Dept.

A man believed to be ex-LAPD Officer Christopher Dorner allegedly killed a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputy in a shootout in the Big Bear-area Tuesday. Dorner’s suspected revenge-motivating shooting spree began on Feb. 3 in Irvine, where police officers said they were very upset by how the manhunt was playing out Tuesday afternoon.
