Officers Investigate Cause of Westlake Fire

A major emergency fire heavily damaged a vacant four-story apartment building and a vacant two-story house next door to it in the Westlake district today, but no one was hurt. Kim Baldonado reports for the NBC4 News on Thursday, April 27, 2017.
