Officials, Volunteers Go to the Aid of Families in Need After Hurricane Harvey

As Hurricane Harvey plowed through southern Texas, thousands of families fled the area while others were not as lucky. Officials and volunteers are going to the aid of those who need to be rescued. Three deaths have been confirmed. Robert Kovacik reports for the NBC4 News at 11 on Monday, Aug. 28, 2017.
