1 Believed Dead in Pacific Palisades Trench: LAFD

One construction worker was rescued safely from a trench in Pacific Palisades, but efforts to save a second victim were called off Thursday afternoon. Rescuers said it could take up to eight hours to retrieve the body. Jane Yamamoto reports from Pacific Palisades for the NBC4 News at 5p.m. on March 14, 2013.
