One Killed After Wrong-Way Driver Crashes on 10 Freeway

One person was killed and three others were in critical condition after a series of crashes that began when a wrong-way driver collided with a vehicle on the westbound 10 Freeway in Santa Monica, NBC4’s Annette Arreola reports on Friday, June 28, 2013.
