Orange County Water Officials Plan to Expand Water Recycling System

Orange County water officials are planning to expand a unique water conservation project in the county. Currently, 70 million gallons of waste water are turned into usable water and put back into the ground every day. Officials plan to expand that to 100 million gallons of water.
