Orange County's COVID-19 Vaccine Website Experiences Technical Issues

Orange County officials say that the website where people are supposed to  schedule appointments to receive the COVID-19 vaccine had a 100 million hits and that created a real slowdown. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News on Jan. 14, 2021.
