Orange County DA Outlines Charges Against Carlos Bustamante

Santa Ana City Councilman Carlos Bustamante was arrested on Monday, accused of sexual battery, false imprisonment and more than a dozen other crimes. On Tuesday, Orange County District Attorney shed some light on the charges against Bustamante. Angie Crouch reports from Santa Ana for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on July 3, 2012.
