Oxnard Police Chief Calls Jogger's Death a Tragedy

Alfonso Limon, 21, was caught in the crossfire of a police shootout over the weekend. The Oxnard police chief says the deadly shootout is a tragedy but the responsibility lies with the suspect. Ventura County Sheriffs are who shot the fatal bullet. Ted Chen reports from Oxnard for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2012.
