Paralyzed Teen Who Walked at Graduation Needs Service Dog

Manny Rios suffered a traumatic brain injury four years ago in a bike accident. But being paralyzed from the chest down, did not stop him from walking across the stage to receive his high school diploma. Now, his family is hoping the kindness of strangers will get Rios a service dog. Tony Shin reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on June 6, 2013.
