City Employee Allegedly Stole Kids' Lunch Money

Maria Guiterrez says she forgoes paying her credit card bills for months to send her children to summer camp at Montecito Heights Recreation Center. A director at the rec center has been accused of stealing $17,000 from the facility, including lunch money from kids in her care. Kim Baldonado reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2012.
