Passenger was intended target in shooting that hit 3-year-old, police say

The vehicle was shot at two times, one of those striking the toddler in the back, according to police the driver’s boyfriend was the intended target of the shooter. Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News on Feb. 26, 2024.
