PM Forecast: June Weather in August

Unseasonably cool weather is visiting Southern California, with a deeper and more persistent marine layer than usual. Drizzle is a possibility this week. Temperatures will increase to normal levels by the weekend. NBC4’s Fritz Coleman has the forecast for Monday, Aug. 5, 2013.
