Police Plan Effort in Long Beach to Find Bike-Riding Serial Groper

Long Beach police on Friday planned a city-wide effort to educate citizens on a dangerous sexual predator who rides his bicycle around town and gropes women. He is wanted for assaulting at least 20 people. Toni Guinyard reports from Long Beach for NBC4’s Today in LA on Friday, Aug. 30, 2013.
