Police Probing Rash of South Bay Distraction Thefts

Surveillance video obtained by NBC4 shows a thief stealing a victim’s credit card at a store — and then using it purchase merchandise minutes later. Police believe the thief and her accomplice may be responsible for similar thefts in the area. Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2014.
