Police Shooting Shuts Down 405 Freeway for Hours

A police shooting, followed by a traffic nightmare in the Sepulveda Pass. The southbound side of the 405 was shut down Thursday morning after CHP officers shot a man they say opened fire on them. Gordon Tokumatsu reports for the NBC 4 News at 4.
