Malibu Residents Warned of Suspected Kidnapper, Carjacker

A man wanted in connection with a carjacking and kidnapping was still at large late Monday. Sheriff’s deputies say the man — identified as 32-year-old Jaci Armando Baragan — might be wearing black tank-top and jeans. Baragan is 5-feet-8 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. The search for Baragan was called off, but deputies are warning Malibu residents to remain vigilant and call 911 immediately if they see him.
