Police Intercept UC Irvine Professor's Alleged Plot to Kill Students

Rainer Klaus Reinscheid, allegedly distraught over his son’s suicide after being disciplined at school, has been charged with plotting to murder students and staff at University High School in Irvine. Investigators say they found e-mails indicating the UC Irvine professor’s plan of attack. Vikki Vargas reports from Irvine for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on July 31, 2012.
