Poor Air Quality Forces School Evacuations

Hundreds of children were evacuated from their elementary school in Wilmington because of poor air quality after a fire erupted at the Port of Los Angeles one night earlier. Kim Baldonado reports for the NBC4 News at Noon on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014.
