Party Bus Company That Left Concert-Goers Stranded Is Fined

After a group of 40 concert goers say a luxury bus driver left them stranded, they asked the Get Garcia team for help. The Public Utilities Commission has since launched an investigation, and has fined the company for its violations. Ana Garcia reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on May 22, 2013.
