Questions Emerge About Response to Texas School Shooting

Law enforcement is facing criticism for wasting crucial time at the shooting at a Texas elementary school. At one point nearly 20 officers staged in a hallway outside the room where the shooting took place and waited for nearly 45 minutes before going in.
