Railroad Tie Fire Ignites Fireworks in Commerce

Fireworks rocketed into the night sky early Tuesday when an explosive fire that began in a stack of wooden railroad ties spread to a storage shed in a Commerce neighborhood. Michelle Valles reports for Today in LA on Tuesday Oct. 29, 2019.
