Rancho Palos Verdes' Peacock Trapping Plan Draws Criticism

Many neighborhoods in Southern California are home to peacocks. While they’re pretty, they can also be a nuisance. The city of Rancho Palos verdes is overrun with the birds, announcing they’ll start trapping and relocating them, but not everyone is in favor of the plan.
